When: Sunday, June 27th, 2010

Time: 7:30am - 11:00am (meet at school at 7:00am)

Where: 4th water station (by the Star of India on Harbor Drive)

WE GET $10 FOR EVERY PERSON THAT GOES!!!!!

IF YOU DIDN'T GET 30 HRS LAST YEAR THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU TO DO SO.

We need rides! Remember, you get half an hour each way for giving them.

Rock 'n' Roll Marathon

What: Assist at the water stations.
When: June 6th. 5:00AM-2:00PM (meet at school at 4AM)
Where: TBA. The water stations are at various locations.
Volunteer Perks: Official Race Crew t-shirt, Race Goodie Bag, refreshments and snacks

KPBS Pledge Event

What: Assist in answering phones and enter caller information during a live KPBS broadcast.
When: June 5th from 6:30PM-10:30PM. Meet at school at 6PM!
Where: 5200 Campanile Dr. San Diego, CA 92182 (SDSU)

Dinner, snacks, coffee, and other refreshments will be provided. There will also be an optional tour of the KPBS set some time during the event.

There is a maximum of 12 volunteers for this event!

Solana Highlands Carnival

What: Run carnival-type booths (take tickets, pass out prizes, supervise) for K-4th graders, and assist parents with jumpy jumps, giant slides, dunk tanks, snow cones, etc.
When: June 4th from 4-8PM
Where: Solana Highlands
Why: cuz carnivals are fun!! :D

You will need to find your own means of transportation to get to Solana Highlands for this event! We will not be providing rides since Solana Highlands is so close. If you encounter issues with rides tho please let us know and we will help you figure something out. Don't let that prevent you from volunteering!
