KOZ Mission Bay Triathlon

What: Be a part of the volunteer team for the Mission Bay Triathlon, which benefits the Challenged Athletes Foundation. CAF raises funds for disabled individuals to purchase special adaptive sports equipment, train and travel to sporting events. We will be signing up for volunteering positions at the finish line, such as water stations, manning refreshment booths or logging times at the finish line! This event also helps fundraise for TPKC, because we get $10 for every volunteer that attends; some of the funds we receive will go toward the 2011 District Convention in Anaheim, while the rest will go toward the ELIMINATE project battling maternal-neonatal tetanus.
