You must have the Parent Authorization Form to attend, but you do not need to fill it out again if you have already volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul. Also, please take a look at the conduct documents Procedure Letter and Food Handling. You MUST wear closed-toe shoes, pants and long sleeves to this event as we will be handling food.
